Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (business days).

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, as items are shipped from different warehouses.

  • UK Warehouse Items: Delivered within 2–5 working days
  • International Warehouse Items: Delivered within 5–10 working days. (some items may require longer delivery times depending on availability and location)

The estimated delivery time for each product is clearly displayed on its product page.

We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible and provide tracking for every shipment.

Duties and Taxes
All duties and taxes are included. No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost or marked as delivered but not received, a replacement or refund may be offered. Proof may be required, such as confirmation from the carrier or evidence of the delivery issue.

Order Changes and Cancellation
You may request a modification or cancellation before the order is shipped. Once dispatched, changes are no longer possible.
